I trust you are warm and well. Recently, a few women have asked for a sound healing experience and I am delighted to invite you to beautiful Sandhana retreat for a magical evening of gentle movement, sound and stillness. Big thanks to Donna O'Connor for welcoming us to her beautiful venue, Sandhana, and her warm hospitality.
Join us on a cosy evening of storytelling, *gentle Bodylight fusion, attunement and healing sounds to restore inner calm and harmony, relax the nervous system, and to nurture your soul's connection to the natural world. Sound Healing is an intimate ceremony that weaves together harmonic sounds, crystal singing bowls, chimes, Osher's healing voice, and silence.
The high frequencies help dissolve blockages, harmonise your energy field, and promote a profound sense of well-being.

What is a 'Crystal Sound' Healing Journey?
Imagine: lying on a yoga mat covered with a cosy blanket. The pure vibrations of the crystal singing bowl, along with Osher's healing voice and the elfen and koshi chimes can transport you into a place of clarity, healing and deep peace.
Our evening concludes with sharing healthy snacks and a cup of chai in silence.
When you book for the 'crystal sound' healing journey, you may also enjoy an infrared sauna PRIOR to the event for an additional $10 (more information about the sauna at www.sandhana.co.nz/sauna.) Please book in advance.

What to bring: Open heart, yoga mat (optional), warm blanket and a pillow, water bottle, towel if choosing sauna.
Please wear loose warm clothing.
Price: $45 for sound healing journey only -- $55 with sauna when paid directly to account below.
